Additionally, a site supervisor is always present at the construction site, directly overseeing and organizing the construction process. Upon the completion of specific tasks, the Quality Management Manager inspects and verifies the work to ensure compliance with standards and high-quality execution.Following the pre-established plan, the procurement and supply departments ensure the prompt acquisition and delivery of all necessary materials and services throughout the construction process.
